It’s time to protect your house

I hope you are having a great week despite this crazy year and Happy Halloween!

Thank goodness we’ve had six inches of snow and that has helped to slow down the fires. Sadly, many people here have lost homes and bad things are happening in the south because of the hurricanes.

If you want to make certain your home is protected from catastrophic loss, click on the picture below and find out what I discovered.

Except for losing a family member, few things are harder than losing your home or having it destroyed by a natural disaster.

Nevertheless, it’s estimated that 40% of American homes are under insured.  That means if something happens to your home, the insurance refund you receive may not be enough to cover the cost of repairing or rebuilding your home.

If you’ve updated your home or you haven’t reviewed your Property and Casualty insurance in a while, now is the time to act.

Use your phone to make a video recording from basement to attic of all of your possessions (even your clothes) and talk to your agent (remember I only do Medicare).

Here’s a great article  to help you protect your home.

That’s it for this week. If you or your friends need a review of your Medicare coverage, book a time on my calendar.

Happy Halloween!
