Try Something New

As a Medicare Insurance Broker, I speak with clients across the country on a daily basis and it gives me a window into living well and the importance of trying new things.

It’s so easy to develop routines that are helpful and routines that are a hindrance to our contentment and our growth.

Trying new things is one of the best ways to shake things up and add joy to our lives and spark new adventures.

Whether it is going to the Rec center and signing up for a drawing class (like my wife did this week) or learning how to raise bees (which I did a few years ago), trying new things can have a positive effect on your mood and life.

Here’s a great article that extolls the benefits of trying new things.

That being said, if you have questions about your Medicare Insurance and you are looking for a fresh pair of eyes to review your coverage, book a time on my calendar here :).
