The fear of developing Dementia or Alzheimer’ Disease

It is a valid concern and some of us will suffer from it, no matter what we do.

The good news is there are things every one of us can do to delay the progression and onset of cognitive decline.

Exercise, monitoring blood pressure, cognitive training and the Mediterranean diet can all have a huge positive impact and delay the progress of dementia and Alzheimer’s.
